Positioning your house to minimize its disturbance to the environment and to maximize the available resources is an important consideration. Passive solar for heating and shade for cooling can be extremely beneficial.

INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

Proper ventilation and a properly sealed building envelope are ideas that we have always used. We can also ensure the use of materials that don't "off gas" such as low VOC paints, carpets, etc...
